At first I was very pleased with Natan's work (hence the 5-star review on October 18th), however shortly after I discovered a leak from the new pipe installation and reported this to Natan who initially said he would come and fix it. Multiple times however Natan then agreed on a date and time but did not show, all the while the leak continued. The leak subsequently got worse after a pipe came out of place, causing the kitchen floor to flood. At this point, Natan had stopped returning my calls and emails even when I advised him of the severity of the leak. I will now unfortunately have to go through the civil claims court to recover the money and hope to find a more reputable handyman to fix Natan's work. More...
