My husband went yesterday to watch the odi 17/05/2019 And I asked him to check out the six restaurant as I wanted him to book table for 5 adults for dinner as I have disabled guest in. Wheel chair which is my mum because I wanted him to check out the dining area in case it wasn’t suitable for wheel chair users we didn’t want to be in the way of your other diners and staff and visa versus the lady at front of house said NO so with that you lost in dinner party of 5 adults DISCRIMINATING AGAINST THE DISABLED My husband did explain the above to the rude lady he would have only been in the restaurant less than 5mins who you hired I’m surprised you turning away guest on new establishment but your loss More...

Just left the ground after a lovely day in the sunshine, great ground, friendly staff, great facilities and a win by our team Somerset. We’d come out one gate, we’re walking along the road to the car park when we came to the gate by The Pavilion and could see all the players on the pitch, we decided to pop back in and congratulate all the players from both teams, walked past one steward who smiled and didn’t appear to have an issue at us going back in to be shouted at very loudly and with aggression by another steward, saying that the game had finished and we couldn’t come back in, we explained that we’d been at the game and wanted to see the players, again he said that the game had finished and we had to leave, I asked that if we’d walked round the inside of the ground we’d have been able to see the players he said we would have, we offered to show tickets to prove we’d been there, but again all he said was that the game had finished, we queried his aggressive tone and why he was pointing his fingers at us, he told us to report him if we had a problem, when I pointed out that speaking to anyone particularly a female he really didn’t have to be so rude or point, he said, how can I point when I don’t have a finger and refused to give me his name and said “why should I” What a sad way to end a great day, up to that point we were more than happy to visit again, sadly won’t be the case now. Unless you have more than one steward with only half a finger on one hand, I’m sure you know who we are talking about and if you look at CCTV, it will show him being unnecessary rude. More...

My 2nd time at a Cricket match both times at Trent. This time took our 6yr old granddaughter and she loved it. It's such a friendly place and stewards so friendly and helpful.
We certainly will be going back for more. Last night's match so exciting.
I would say to anyone DO go and you will certainly have a good time.
We can't wait now for the next match.
