I had a bit of a mice problem and Gordon was very quick to respond to the call. He was very thorough in locating, and dealing with, the issue and explained each step clearly. There was a further issue with some rats that had made it through some faulty drains. Gordon directed me to some people that could fix the pipes, as well as also helping with the rat problem generously at no extra cost. I rang Northern Pest Solutions regarding a wasps nest in my shed, Gordon came out and sorted it quickly and efficiently - he delivered a great service, he's genuinely a lovely fella, very knowledgeable and his service is great value for money - I called again as I thought I had another wasps nest in the front garden, turns out I didn't, however Gordon sprayed the suspected area just in case and didn't charge me - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gordon for any pest problems you may have, and I will definitely call again if I have any future pest issues!

Highly recommend this company. Have used on several occasions due to problems with wasps. Gordon is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He has always responded quickly and manages to fit in the job on the same day. Nothing is too much of a problem and after clearing two wasp nests we found another only days later for which he returned and treated for no extra charge. Thanks to Gordon of Northern Pest Solutions this morning, (22nd June 2018), who came to our house in Sunderland to give some advice as to bees who were getting into the mortar of the brickwork. We did not want to eradicate, ( endangered species), and neither did he, so his expert knowledge of their behaviour gave us peace of mind.I would highly recommend him for any of his other services and he is coming back to our house in the late summer to check the loft space. We called George out for a wasp nest we had in our bay window.
Ended up choosing George based on the Google reviews when looking for a pest control company.
The reviews George has with all customers rating 5 stars turned out to be warranted and he fixed our issue very quickly.
