We employed Edward to replace our fascias and soffits. He estimated that it would take four days. He and his colleagues worked very hard and actually finished the job in three. At all times, Edward told us exactly what he was doing and was at pains to demonstrate what he had done. The lads were hard-working, and worked three full days. At all times they were very polite and well-mannered. After the job was completed, the area was cleaned and tidied, and no residual mess was left. I appointed Edward to replace all my fascias, soffits, guttering. After assessing the job, Edward provide a competitive quote and was very clear with the products that would be used “freeform” and also included the dry verge system that needed doing. Edward and his team where professional and delivered an excellent jobs that was completed ahead of schedule. The quality of workmanship is very high and joins and finish is very neat and tidy. Excellent job by Edward and Phil. They replaced all fascias, soffits & guttering in white. It joins next door perfectly. It was a good price and they kept me informed throughout the job. Very impressed with how thoroughly they tidied up. They also did some painting of a wooden strut without charging me. The service we received from NK Roofline deserves shouting from the rooftops! Edward is a thoroughly pleasant, polite and professional young man who takes a great pride in his work. He not only talks a good job but delivers too. From initial enquiry, to quote to completion of work took only 4 working days. The main job was to fit Dry Verge edging, first removing all crumbling filler. Also cleaned all gutters and facia boards and fixed obvious repairs. Phil was introduced as the “expert” and did the bulk of the work cheerfully, politely and professionally. Edward showed us the materials used and kept us fully informed step by step as work progressed. Some minor issues not immediately visible from ground level were identified and fixed with our agreement. EXCELLENT, BRILLIANT, UNBELIEVABLE aren't good enough words to describe NK Rooflines craftsmanship. Edward and his team are totally professional my house looks like it's been rebuilt and now looks absolutely stunning and outshines others around me. Everything removed all the old crumbling wood removed all the damaged mortar completely scrapped out and even the ripped decaying roof felt edge cut out and replaced. I received the phone number from a neighbour for NK Roofline after they finished a great looking job for them. I contacted them last Friday for a quote and within 2 minutes got a phone call back from Edward to make arrangements for a quote. He arrived within 2 hours and provided a quote that I was extremely happy with. I was even happier when he said the job could be started on the Monday (in 3 days time). What a find! Edward @ NK ROOFLINE bucks the trend, and offers a first class service. We had our gutters all replaced around a year ago, and the job was excellent. Sadly, last week, one of the gutters started to spill over - a quick message to Edward was all it took for a fix! Edward travelled (~ 45 minutes each way) to us today (Saturday AM) and in the pouring rain spent an hour or more at our house. It turned out that it wasn't really the gutter he had installed a year earlier, but some render (birds peck it away) had gathered in the gutter, causing an eventual blockage. Edward cleared the problem, and whilst with us made a few minor adjustments to ensure even better water flow for the future - and the cost for this Saturday visit - £0.00 - it really doesn't get much better! Edward turned up promptly after the call for help (on a weekend, in heavy rain) and stood by his guarantee (even though it wasn't really his fault) - I can't rate him enough, if there was a 10/5 - he'd get it.
