I love to share my knowledge and experience and see the lightbulbs of understanding turning on.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The freedom to determine what I do from day to day, to do as much or as little as I want.

I am equally happy to deliver my services in whatever form you are comfortable with. I can engage via Zoom, Teams or FaceTime if this works for you. Equally I’m happy to work face-to-face which I always think works best, especially when developing a rapport with a new client.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Remote working makes it very safe to engage with customers, and also removes normal geographical boundaries. It can also keep down costs in both travelling, time and accommodation.
Quality Auditing/Consulting
Using ISO9001 as a guide, I am able to determine if a business has sufficient processes and procedures in place to be successful and to ensure continual improvement is assured.
I am passionate about helping companies to deliver outstanding customer focussed services, that meet or exceed their customers expectations.
I do this by firstly assessing the business in its current form to identify areas for improvement, and then providing the resources to deliver that improvement.
Information Security Consultancy
I am a very experienced IT professional having worked for 10 years in the Metropolitan Police Department of Technology, followed by 8 years as a software developer for the British Assessment Bureau.
Following that I have been a qualified Information Security (ISO27001) Auditor since 2006.
Environmental Management Consultancy
Since 2007 I have been qualified to deliver 3rd party Environmental Certification audits, so I am happy to either do internal audits or consult on suitable Environmental Management Systems.
Training
My wide experience of many industries has given me great insight into where improvements can be made. Frequently this involves training staff, but training can often be boring and not terribly instructive. I aim to provide engaging interactive training where participants are actively involved and learn from real-world examples of how to deliver exceptional customer services.

Business Continuity Consultancy/Auditing
In the past Business Continuity has not had a particularly high priority. When the COVID pandemic hit many companies had few or even no plans to continue their businesses.
Business Continuity isn’t just about dealing with infrequent emergencies, its about continually ensuring the smooth flow of activity so that the business is not disrupted.
I can help you develop systems, or audit your existing systems to see if they are likely to be effective in the event that they need to be used in anger.
Business Coaching
I am a qualified Business coach, with many years experience working in both small businesses and large international organisations. I have developed a sixth sense for identifying areas of concern in a business and then working with the key staff to resolve issues and drive improvements.
