Great admin staff, prompt communication following initial enquiries. Staff are very professional, non-judgemental, reassuring and easy to get along with. They offer a wide range of helpful services. Accessible locations, rooms are light and comfortable - and they offer hot drinks! I was anxious about the first appointment but as soon as I met Ewan and noticed the calm, peaceful surroundings I felt quite relaxed.
