Alongside our face to face counselling sessions we also offer phone and video sessions.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We currently update our risk assessment on a regular, ensure all Covid-19 procedures are adhered to and limit the number of people in the building at any one time.

Newman Health & Wellbeing is a wellbeing centre affiliated to Newman University offering a range of wellbeing services including our counselling & psychotherapy service and wellbeing service.
We are an established accredited provider of counselling and wellbeing support to individuals, employees, employers, academic institutions and community organisations. In addition, we are a leading provider of student placements within the region and an established research centre.
We enable individuals within the wider West Midlands to develop their wellbeing resilience through the provision of our services, thus equipping them to:
• feel more in control
• See a way forward
• Function much better and feel good about themselves
• Have the strategies to support themselves
We offer a range of wellbeing services including counselling & psychotherapy, wellbeing workshops and training. Our counselling & psychotherapy service offers:
• Self-funded, open ended counselling, that is affordable and accessible
• A free short-term counselling offer for individuals with a Birmingham GP
• Counselling in organisations including schools, colleges and businesses
