I offer a range of holistic therapies ranging from reflexology, massage, ear candling and Indian head massage through to the more luxurious treatments such as rose quartz hot and cold massage, hot stone reflexology and rose quartz facials. I use organic sustainable oils and products wherever possible, I can also make aromatherapy products for you to use at home if I feel this will benefit you. All treatments are bespoke for the client’s conditions/needs.

What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting people from all walks of life. No two clients are ever the same, and no two treatments are ever the same. Everybody needs something different and it is this that gives me job satisfaction, knowing the treatment they are getting is specifically for them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had stopped working in administration when I started caring for a family member, it was during this time that I also began my journey in holistic therapies. I have the flexibility to work my way, I always knew I wanted to work from home and by having my own business I can work the hours that suit both me and my clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am passionate about what I do, I believe in the therapies I offer and listen to the clients needs. I am qualified as a clinical reflexologist and aromatherapist and am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and the International Federation of Aromatherapists (and governed by the Professional Standards Authority).
Aromatherapy Massage
A bespoke blend of essential oils are used during the massage. Full body, back, neck and shoulder, legs and feet are all options available. I also offer abdominal massage which is beneficial for digestive issues as well as PMS.
Reflexology
Gentle manipulation of the reflexes on the feet. There are slight variations available such as simple, aroma and hot stone.
Energy healing
I offer 30 minute sessions of either Reiki or Elemental healing. These are energy based treatments which aim to channel positive energy and alleviate any blockages within the body’s energy system.
Ear candling
This treatment is really helpful for headaches, sinus problems, hay fever and ear, nose and throat issues.
The treatment involves a lit ear candle being inserted into each ear to help draw any detritus. The treatment also includes a facial sinus drainage massage.
Indian head massage
This treatment involves massaging the scalp, back, shoulders, arms and face. Some of the movements are quite brusque but this is to help remove any blockages of Prana. I use a tri-doshic oil for this treatment.
