Very slow to respond to communication. Job (garden gate and wall repair) initially rushed and extremely poor quality. Someone came out to put right but didn’t finish. The job now remains incomplete. No one showed on pre arranged date and now getting no contact from Nest whatsoever. Left with no gate and incomplete brickwork. Very poor customer service and will never deal with again. More...

manny from nest 247 was great. he got straight into it. he had all the appropriate ppe gear. he actually did a few extras bits like looking at our radiators and made a few extra checks event though it wasnt what he was called out for. he went well above and beyond. my mum accidentally blocked him in and he spent a good 15 minutes explaining what could be the issue with our plumbing. very helpful and very informative More...

Manny did great work on the Job requested ... after many unsuccessful attempts to get the job completed which should have been 2 Months ago . ..no fault of Nest I might add but Manny came to the rescue. Can I just say a big thank to Lauren the lady who I dealt with on the phone I’m a foster carer with a autistic boy , I had a leak on my radiator, Lauren was very polite as I told her I had no water , she arranged for an engineer to come ASAP , he was very professional and came with a mask , he to was a lovely young man called Tom , I would highly recommend this company, 5 star service thank you so so much .

Highly recommend! We have had four different companies out over the last three weeks to fix a leaky wall/roof..all fobbing us off. Tom came out and reassured us he wouldn’t leave until it was fixed.. many hours and a call to Callum the plumber who came to help we finally have our problem resolved! Tom from Nest arrived on time as expected. He was overly helpful in trying to determine the fault. The boiler is now working but believe the fault is intermittent. Tom has made arrangements from Callum to attend tomorrow to try and identify the fault. More than happy with service supplied by Nest after being let down ( again....) by British Gas Home care cover. When one Sunday afternoon our boiler suddenly and abruptly ceased working I naturally feared the very worst (!) ....however, I needn’t have had any such worries as within an hour of reporting the problem a really nice bloke came , diagnosed and fixed the problem within a matter of minutes! !! Jo, Rebecca and engineer Tommy were absolutely amazing. We had an issue with our front door lock and leak to kitchen ceiling. Jo at cust services together with Rebecca and Claire all were super efficient, exceptional customer services they managed to get Tommy the engineer out asap to see to both jobs!
