Our highly experienced team of asbestos surveyors are insured and fully qualified to BOHS standards and hold the P402 Certificate and undertake surveys in accordance with the HSG264
ASBESTOS MANAGEMENT SURVEY
This type of asbestos survey involves creating a register of all suspect asbestos products throughout the property, the method used to ascertain this information is not fully intrusive and can be undertaken on an occupied premises.
Management surveys are used to comply with The Control Of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
RE-INSPECTION ASBESTOS SURVEY
Re-inspection surveys are carried out typically on an annual basis but may have to be undertaken on a quarterly or six monthly basis for high risk products, this type of survey is undertaken to ensure the condition of any known asbestos materials are at a satisfactory and safe condition.
PRE-REFURBISHMENT ASBESTOS SURVEY
This type of survey is required under the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 and is fully intrusive and can be targeted to specific areas which will or may be affected by refurbishment works.
PRE-DEMOLITION ASBESTOS SURVEY
This type of survey is also fully intrusive and designed to identify without ambiguity all present asbestos materials within all elements of the buildings construction as far as reasonably practicable, the survey should be undertaken in unoccupied buildings with no intention to be reoccupied.
