I have been a Personal Trainer since July 2014 and eventually in October 2018 i took the plunge and went full time with it.

My passion is to enjoy life, I’m passionate about health and I’m passionate about seeing people enjoy what they do.

I have just completed Hayley’s 8 week programme and can’t express how pleased I have been with her support. At the start, I was still battling with a bad relationship with food and found myself restricting and missing out on so many aspects of my life. I have since learnt how to be comfortable in my skin and enjoy a healthy diet that fuels my workouts. The exercise has been very enjoyable and I have watched my strength increased every week. Hayley provided me with so much advice and gave me new things to try week to week. She listens to your needs and goals and is incredibly supportive. Whichever your goal, whether it be weight loss, strength training or just to have a kickstart- Hayley will tailor a programme to reach your goals. Definitely recommend. More...

I've just finished the 8 week shred, diet and training plan with Hayley from the beginning of 2019 and I cannot recommend her enough. I have a metabolic condition meaning I can't actually eat any protein! I did warn Hayley that the diet plan may be a bit of a pain with me but she was totally up for trying to help me, even with my intolerances. The diet plan was amazing, I've never felt so full and satisfied, there's nothing off limits and Hayley made me realise I'm actually far too much in portion size! I explained I wasn't actually bothered about my weight, what I wanted was more strength and tone in my body, to be healthier and less tired! The training plan worked around me and my gym and training habits. The sessions were fun and challenging without being hard and feeling impossible. It was lovely to know Hayley was always a just a whats app message away if I had any questions about any particular exercise or meal! I can see I'm getting stronger and healthier, I've lost over half a stone but that doesn't matter to me, the eating and cooking side is what's made a massive difference. Hayley was also incredibly flexible and understanding, I asked if I could have different options for certain meals and a new exercise plan for one day and she didn't hesitate. I will defintely be using her again in the future! If you are the kind of person who wants a point in the right direction of how to reach the next level of progression in your work ouy, to improve diet, training and wants to work independently but also is looking for support from a friendly, understanding professional, Hayley is the person to see! when i heard that Hayley was going back into fitness i was over the moon. Hayley does the most amazing bootcamp classes which is a total body workout. i have just finished the 8week shred with her. She is very motivating and makes you push further every time. She can build your confidence with her positivity and determination. Everyone starts somewhere. She is very good at easing you into new ways of thinking and exercising. If you want to achieve a fitness goal then Hayley is your lady. More...

Hayley's ability to really customise training programs and focus in on weaknesses is incredible. I could not of got such a great plan without her. Inbetween my run schedule for the marathon she has slotted in key exercises, stretches and routines to really maximise my overall strengthening and conditioning. The best PT I've ever found, would highly recommend! More...

Have been doing Boot Camps with Hayley for ages now. Her work outs are very varied & extremely well thought out. A total body work out! ! I personally haven’t had any one to one training sessions but have witnessed others being put thru their paces & this lady certainly knows her stuff. Can’t recommend her highly enough. More...

Hayley is a fantastic personal trainer. Her programs are varied, tailored, challenging but most importantly fun. She is friendly, positive, knowledgeable and very understanding of my needs and targets in terms of training and nutritional plans. Thanks to Hayley, she has motivated me to train way beyond what I thought I could achieve and unlike before... no exercise is too daunting or intimidating.
