How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
STEP 1: Fitness Test
At beginning of your course, objective information is gathered by Mosley to provide valuable information regarding the status of your health & then trainer will set monthly targets for you to achieve.
STEP 2: Fitness Plan
For the days when you’re not training with Mosley, a customized fitness plan can be designed for you to follow. This should help you to stay focused, active and on track.
STEP 3: Nutrition Advice
For faster fitness results, a good diet is essential. Mosley will guide you on which foods to include in your meals, and those to void.
STEP 4: Personal Training
Training with Mosley at least once or more times a week will improve your chances of achieving your desired goals in shortest time-frame. Sessions are much safe, progressive & more effective.
STEP 5: Fitness Review
Every 2 weeks you and Mosley to review your fitness journey to ensure that you’re progressing and achieving your monthly set targets.
STEP 6: Achievement Award
It’s important to recognize & reward you for your hard work & achievements. Reaching your monthly set targets offers you the chance to receive complimentary session(s) or discount off your next purchase.
