Crystal therapy is based on the belief that crystals work with the energies flowing around the human body. Each crystal has its own unique electromagnetic charge. These charges (or vibrational frequences) interact with the body's energy centres to help remove blockages and restore a healthy energy flow through the mind, body and spirit.

Crystals therapy is an ancient healing system concerned with treating you holistically by placing crystals on your body and in the surrounding area. The crystals work on your spiritual, emotional and physical well-being.

Although there may be little scientific evidence to support the effectiveness of crystal healing, crystals have been used in this way for thousands of years. The therapy is non-invasive and extremely relaxing. It isn't unusual to feel sensations such as tingling or a temperature change as the body’s energy starts to realign itself.

Whether or not you believe in the vibrational healing properties of crystals, the therapy will give you a chance to lie back and relax so you feel refreshed and de-stressed by the time you leave my therapy room.

Treatments can be also be combined with Reiki.

I offer 30, 45 and 60 minute treatments, costing £30, £45 and £55 respectively. Costs are the same for a crystal therapy treatment alone or combined with Reiki.

At Reiki I you'll be able to give treatments to your friends, family and pets. At Reiki II you'll be able to send distance healing and at Reiki III Master Practitioner, you'll be able to use the Master symbol. After the Reiki Master Teacher workshop, you'll be able to teach others about this wonderful healing energy.

Each workshop starts at 1000 and finish around 1530 depending on numbers. Reiki I and Reiki II cost £200. Reiki III Master Practitioner costs £250 and Reiki Master Teacher costs £350. You’ll receive a manual and certificate when you’ve completed the workshop.

Are you fascinated by the tarot? Have you bought your tarot deck and its book, read it from cover to cover, not remembered very much and then put the book back on the bookshelf as learning 78 meanings of cards just seems overwhelming?

Would you like to learn in a different way – in a much more intuitive way - leaving your book behind? This course is really for those of you who have never “got going” with tarot or have tried and would like to learn in a different way.

We’ll use the tarot’s imagery and meditation as tools for learning and there’ll be group exercises, individual exercises and some homework! We’ll be talking about the elements, colours, symbols, feelings and numbers, plus you’ll be using your intuition throughout the course.

This is not a sit, listen and learn course (although there’s a bit of that inevitably) – it’s very much linked to the spiritual world so an awareness of and interest in the magical and mystical is beneficial.

There are 6 sessions taking place approximately every 3-4 weeks to allow time in your busy lives to complete the homework, with each lasting about 2 hours and costing £22.50 per session.

I run a more advanced course should you be interested once this course has been completed.

Do you have an interest in your aura and its energy centres (known as chakras) and would like to know more? Are you also interested in meditation and how you to learn more about your energy body and how it affects you? If so, I run a course combining these two subjects during which we work with associated essential oils, colours and crystals.

The course will help you start on your meditation journey. It’ll include some grounding and protection work and you’ll connect with your chakras through meditation. There’ll be a different chakra to focus on each week.

Meditating enables you to connect with your inner self and can be extremely beneficial when you incorporate it into your daily life – even if just for a few minutes a day. When you start to meditate it can be difficult to quieten the thoughts passing through your mind, but you’ll find after a while that they fade into the distance.

This is a progressive course comprising of 8 sessions, so there’s a need to be able to attend all sessions. Each session costs £17.50 and lasts approximately 1 ½ hours and are held once every 2 or 3 weeks.

Have you been drawn in by the moon, wanting to know more about how you can flow with her phases? Are you attracted to the magical, mystical and mysterious? If you've answered yes to either of these questions, then this may be the course you've been looking for!

You'll be learning about the moon and her cycles and phases. You'll also learn about the energies of the new and full moon and how to work with the astrological signs the moon passes through and how they impact your daily life. You'll learn about the moon's associations and how to set your intention and spend some time making a vision board.

We then cover the 8 festivals of the Wheel of the Year and learn about working with the elements and their associations. You'll also learn how to set up your altar and about the tools of the Craft.

The last two sessions cover divination and there's both theory and practice for you with a variety of divination tools. It's your spiritual journey and you can adapt what you learn in any way to suit you.

Each session costs £22.50 lasting about 2 hours and taking place every 3-4 weeks.

We're all intuitively drawn to crystals, with each one having its own natural energy and they're so easy to work with once you know how.

In order to help you on your crystal journey, you'll be guided on you how to work with the properties of crystals during this interactive workshop, exploring both the theory and practical application.

The workshop includes how to choose, clean and charge your crystals. You'll make an elixir, a roller ball with oils and crystals and an aura spray. You'll learn how to use crystals grids and there'll be an introduction to crystal healing plus some guided meditation.

The intention is that you leave the workshop feeling confident in using your crystals to enhance your life and wellbeing. You'll also receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the day. A variety of crystals will be available for you to buy at the workshop if you wish.

In order to fully participate in the workshop you will need to bring along the following crystals: rose quartz, smoky quartz, citrine, amethyst and a clear quartz point. You'll also need a pendulum.

There are two cost options - either £120 if you bring along your own crystals and pendulum or £145 if you would like these supplied.
