I am currently doing a degree in Psychology with Counselling. I have done Work Placements, so I’m comfortable with dealing with, the following areas:

Since I am still in training, my prices are lower than Qualified professionals. I am certain that I can help you with the problems I have listed above, to help you get your head around what you are facing, and hopefully overcome your difficulties when you feel the time is right.

I offer a holistic approach. Therapies can range from face to face talking to creative therapies. On initial assessment we can discuss what you would like to focus on and I can recommend what would be the most suitable form of therapy for you.

Therapy is carried out in my home in Sutton Coldfield, so a relaxed setting to help you feel more at ease.
