I look forward to Marta’s Fitness Pilates class every week – she’s a real professional who creates a safe and friendly atmosphere for the class to work in – always explains how each exercise will benefit specific areas of the body, and then makes sure we’re doing them properly to avoid injury – I definitely feel stronger and more flexible since starting her classes – and they’re fun !

Mu husband and I have had personal training sessions with Marta for a few months and cannot praise her too highly.
We always look forward to the sessions. The exercises are never boring or repetitive but are carefully tailored to address our individual needs, to stretch and strengthen us and to build on previous work. Every session is different and I always feel invigorated and well worked after them. We have both noticed many improvements (which my osteopath has also remarked on) and Marta's enthusiasm and positivity also provide a great incentive to practice on our own so as not to disappoint her when we next meet! My wife and I go to one of Marta’s Zumba classes once a week and we found the class so joyous and uplifting that when she said she was going to start Personal Training we decided we should give it a go. She asked us what our needs were and now she comes every week to try to sort out our aches, pains, weaknesses and stiffnesses. Just as with the Zumba class we find our sessions very joyful but they are cleverly designed so that our ailments are treated thoughtfully and very thoroughly. We look forward to each session after practising most days the exercises she has taught us. I think our Personal Training with Marta will become a fixture of our lives from now on. More...

Marta did a brilliant job on the choreography of our wedding First Dance. She devised an imaginative routine to our chosen track that was within our limited capabilities but made us look good, and patiently guided us through it. I absolutely love Marta’s dance classes. Marta is so friendly and encouraging and makes it easy to follow even for new starters - but adds in more twiddly moves for those who are more advanced so it keeps you on your toes at all levels. There’s a range of dance styles and music to bring out your inner goddess/diva - whatever your taste - so you can’t help but loosen up and let yourself go! I’ve been coming to Marta’s Zumba Gold class for over 8 years and I love it, gets my weekend off to a great start every time. Marta is excellent at offering different levels for ability or fitness in the same class. And she changes and updates routines regularly to keep us on our toes. We are also welcome to say which routines we like or don’t like and make any other suggestions. She always tries to take them on board. I have attended MM Health and Fitness 'Fitsteps' class in Newmarket. Marta is a great teacher, up beat and inclusive. She makes the workout fun but challenging and overlays that with an excellent soundtrack to keep your feet moving. Every class leaves me feeling happy and revitalised. Services

The programme is minimum 6 week long. It may include just personal training sessions or maybe combine with coaching aimed to change your relation with food, eating habits and behavior patterns that trigger overeating or binge eating.

The programme combines awareness skills developed through mindfulness, self-reliance building skills through hypnotherapy and building goal focused mindset through coaching. You will learn to convert negative thoughts into powerful thinking, how to use Emotional Freedom Technique to manage cravings and how to exercise to improve your metabolism and release endorphins.

Each week you will have 1-hour, one-to-one online coaching or hypnotherapy session, get access to online video and audio material for you to practice by yourself, which includes mindfulness meditations, online workouts and mindful eating skills. You will also get access to my online workouts: Vinyasa Yoga, Mindful Pilates, Body Strength workouts, dance and many more.

At the end of the programme, depending on your progress and wish, you may sign up for further coaching sessions to support you to maintain your progress towards your goals. The frequency of these would depend on what you want to achieve.

The programme are for all who have some mobility issues and would like to improve the physical health and work on specific aspects of movement such as: mobility, flexibility or injury related issues. The programme is tailored to specific needs of a client.

We are all looking for the same thing - HAPINESS. Some people find joy in their career, others find it in a romantic relationship, and some in a new sense of self-confidence. No matter your goal, introducing life coaching will ensure you reach it in the near future. If you are lost, distracted, unsure, unmotivated, lacking confidence, have lost your passion for life, or just want to make some changes, what you need is to ask for support from a professional.

A life coach can help a person to identify strengths, develop them, and identify personal and professional goals. Their role is to assist the coachee throughout the change process.

It may be you have had a low mood, anxiety, depression, anger or just feeling ‘stuck’ at this point in your life. I would love to work with you to find a sense of calm in your life and offer tools and knowledge that will enable you to feel differently. It may be you have a mild phobia or have experienced a trauma that is impacting your everyday life. I would like to help you come to a place where you once more feel in control of your emotions and reactions. What type of therapy am I offering? It is short-term, solution focused therapy (typically 6-8 sessions). All the techniques are evidence based and work with our brains and body natural responses.

Human givens psychotherapy offers practical, solution-focused help that deals with mental and emotional distress in the here and now. I won’t waste your time just endlessly listening to you or attempting to dredge up real or imagined miserable memories from the past. My psychotherapy training ensures that I have a sound body of evidence-based knowledge and the proven skills to help both adults and children as quickly as possible with a wide variety of emotional and behavioural difficulties. Aa a human givens practitioner, I will focus on helping my clients to identify their unmet emotional needs and empower them to meet these needs by activating their own natural resources in new ways. To do this I use a variety of up-to-date, proven techniques aimed at problem solving.
