MJ FINN Commercial was originally founded by Mike Finn in 1991. Now run by his daughter Jojo Finn with the support of her knowledgeable team. Specialising in ALL aspects of commercial property, including shops, offices, restaurants, leisure, industrial estates and development sites, whether freehold, leasehold or short term licence.

We act for Landlords and Tenants alike, and are proud of our unrivalled knowledge of the Chiswick market, and our expertise in rent reviews, lease renewals and similarly associated matters. Our agency database spans West London, South West London and Middlesex.

MJ FINN Commercial is also proud to act as independent panel surveyors for a number of Housing Associations. Which include L&Q, Optivo, Shepherds Bush Housing Group and Agudas Israel Housing Association. Together with being instructed by co-owners direct, usually by recommendation.

We receive instruction, across the whole of London and home counties, to value from the inception of a site through to the completed development, with particular focus on Shared Ownership projects; many are now jointly developed in partnership with major house builders who recognise our expertise.
