Mistral House is a brand new, modern and well designed serviced business centre which can accommodate anything from two people to two hundred. The centre is two floors and is split across four wings with the core of the building offering an impressive reception area which is accompanied by two lounge areas for clients and visitors.
The offices are all tailored to meet the ever-changing needs of you and your business and are available on flexible terms to suit. With fully furnished, air conditioned offices with all inclusive gas, electricity, business rates, service charges and daily cleaning - this business centre really does tick all of the boxes. A wealth of additional benefits include offices available for immediate occupation, brand new gigabit capable network connections and VOIP telecommunication facilities as well as a fully equipped kitchens, boardrooms and meeting rooms, which have all been designed to impress.
The property also offers a full reception service with all calls and visitors handled by dedicated and professional staff, providing the highest level of hospitality to you and your customers. Other facilities include plenty of free onsite car parking, 24/7 access, electronic door entry system to all offices, mail handling, secretarial services, photocopying and fax facilities.
Fully equipped meeting and training rooms are available for hire, by the hour, half day or full day, with free Wi-Fi as well as a full range of catering and audio visual technology available.
Virtual Office Facilities
Our Full Virtual Office is £85pcm. This package offers you peace of mind that your calls are being handled whilst you are busy building and progressing your business.
We would issue you with your own local telephone number with all calls being answered in your company name and handled however you instruct us to. The girls on reception can forward calls to you on your mobile or at home, they can take messages and email them to you or hold on to them for you to call in at a time that suits you.
We are also able to issue you your own dedicated fax number which can be routed directly to our fax machine in reception or to any fax machine worldwide to suit your needs.
You would also have full use of our address here at Mistral House, Kingfisher Way, Silverlink Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE28 9NX. We could hold your post on-site for your collection or we could forward it daily/weekly to anywhere in the world for you. You can also use the address on your company website, letterhead, business cards etc.
We also offer a Social / Marketing Only package for only £25pcm, a Registered Mailing Address for £45pcm as well as a Telephone Only package for £65pcm.
Mail Address
At Mistral House you can use our address as your own on your website, when dealing with customers etc. We can process your incoming mail for you.
Use our address as a registered address with companies house for your business for only £45 per month.

Meeting, Training & Conference Rooms
Our meeting rooms can accommodate from 2 to 20 delegates, they include 65" chrome cast TV screens, free wi-fi, on-site parking. The rooms are fully air conditioned, light and airy. Catering and refreshments available on request.
Social / Online Marketing Address Only
At Mistral House you can use our address for your online socials, on your website and at the footer of your emails to give your company a bigger, more professional feeling for only £25 per month.
Upgrade to the next package for a full registered address for only £45pcm to be able to actually receive incoming mail and also use us for your registered address with companies house.
