For me there is nothing more rewarding than helping clients find balance in life by holistically fine tuning all aspects of their wellbeing. My work is driven from experience, knowledge and genuine care to help people become the best versions of themselves. Being able to guide clients from a place of uncertainty to positivity and motivation, is what I thrive on most.

My business has been purely lead by my own personal experiences and desire to become the best version of myself, mentally and physically. Through dealing with my own trauma, grief and chronic illness, I decided to pursue a career that took a holistic and preventative approach to all aspects of wellbeing. This now enables me to help, work and guide other people in making career, lifestyle, nutritional and habitual changes leading them to live happier, healthier and more fulfilled lives. I believe that we all have the power to change our mindset and our lifestyles to achieve whatever we want to achieve.

Working with you as your Certified Health Coach, I will provide you with the knowledge and tools to empower you to improve your lifestyle and health. This may include personalised nutritional plans, mindset practice, visualisation techniques and working with myself on a 1-2-1 basis to achieve your goals.

In my clinic, the aim is to treat you as the individual, rather than looking at the symptom in isolation. Specialising in detoxification I work with clients on a 1:1 holistic basis and build personalised short-term nutritional and long-term lifestyle plans, based on the current state of health & wellness.

As your coach, I offer non-judgemental and confident coaching sessions to help you reach your full potential.

During my programmes, I focus on 6 fundamental areas of holistic health. These 6 pillars of holistic health are key players in the contribution of chronic disease and ill health, and their imbalances are more impactful to our lives than you may think.

To achieve optimal health, with the ultimate goal of longevity, we must address all areas of our lives and not treat certain areas in isolation. As a qualified coach in diet, lifestyle and wellness. I provide you with the knowledge, support, and motivation to do just that.

Whatever stage of your life you're at, there is always time to make change and make improvements! My programmes are personalised to your desired health and wellness goals.

Offering Distant Reiki Healing over Zoom.
During the Reiki session I will work with your chakras focusing on bringing harmony and balance by restoring emotional function and overall wellbeing.
Reiki is an energy healing process which originates from Japan and was brought to the west in the 1930's. Reiki works with such a high vibrational energy that it can flow over and through anything, including solid matter. This enables it work holistically from a distance.
Sessions will be held over Zoom and all you need to do is show up and have a comfortable place to lay down where I can see you. Many people fall asleep during the sessions so please don't worry if you do, when receiving Reiki I have done that many times. This is your body's way of telling you that you need rest.
Please note you remain fully clothed during Reiki Sessions.
