I couldn't recommend this amazing lady enough! I was recommended Nicky by a friend & I can honestly say, it has been my best recommendation to date! I used Nicky to remortgage, to use some equity in my property & sort suitable life protection. I had been putting off looking for mortgages as I was finding the whole thing quite stressful, but then my current mortgage deal was becoming increasingly unaffordable. My current lender couldn't offer me anything suitable! Then Nicky came into my life & made the whole experience stress free from start to finish. She did everything for me, I just had to complete a few forms & write a few signatures, but she was with me every step of the way offering, support, advice & guidance. Nicky got me an incredible deal, that was not only affordable, but gave me a bit of extra cash to be able to do some work on my property. Nicky found me a great solicitor, that was also affordable & were really on the ball. I thought the whole thing was going to be a really long, drawn out process, but Nicky pushed the solicitors for a quick completion & she did it! I thought that once she had found me a suitable mortgage deal, it would then be up to me, but it was far from it, Nicky even came back to see me to sort my life insurance & managed to find me a fabulous deal. I honestly don't know where to start..we recently met Nicky, who was recommended to me by a friend. we have been long term renting and needed to find a new home. I thought that the chance of buying a home was impossible, Im self employed and my wife had only been in her new job 5 weeks. Me and my partner recently used Nicky to help find us a fixed rate mortgage instead of the variable rate we was on. Nicky was highly recommended to us and was always there to answer any questions very quickly. Not knowing what to expect Nicky made the process so quick and easy and was even able to breakdown some of the jargon used into simpler term's to understand. Couldn’t recommend enough!! We used Nicky to remortgage, pay off our help to buy loan and our life protection. She was amazing from start to finish, we knew exactly where we were at at all times and she got us an amazing deal. We got told it would take months to do due to the mortgage issues and we had an offer within a few hours. She also helped us get an amazing deal with solicitors and made a situation what we thought was going to be stressful the opposite. One Million Percent recommend!! Nicky Holbrook was our mortgage advisor for the purchase of our first home. She went way above and beyond our expectation and managed to get us a mortgage with a high street lender after been turned down by 3 other advisors who said we wouldn’t be able to get a mortgage with our current credit scores due to me having a low credit score.

We first met Nicky at our rented property when she came to see us to discuss our current situation. We didn’t have much hope due to what other advisors (from different firms) had said to us. But Nicky gave us belief and said she would get us a mortgage in principal. And she did just that!!

Nicky gave us so much advice and really helped us throughout the process and we wouldn’t have been able to do it without her! Nicky even met us on a night after we finished work to secure a deal with high street lender so that we secured the rate before it spiked.

I honestly can’t stress enough how much Nicky helped us and we will be forever grateful for her. Such a lovely woman with a real drive to help people and she goes above and beyond for her customers! Nicky kept us informed throughout and nothing was too much trouble for her! 🥰 More...

Bloody brilliant!!
