What do you love most about your job?

Being able to help business owners and make a real difference helping them to achieve their goals.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Moving from corporate with lots of training knowledge and experience into small independents was a culture shock, but it highlighted that the knowledge I'd acquired was transferable.

Why should our clients choose you?

Having experience in a large business and having gone through the struggles of a small business, I am pretty well placed to have gone through some of the emotions and fears that clients face every day. They will benefit from my knowledge and my past mistakes.

I can provide my services both remotely, and on-site and clients tend to have a mix.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I have increased the amount of online material that I have available for support.
Face-to-face meetings are quarterly or yearly, with regular zoom meetings and email correspondence.
