The service was great. Happy to answer all my questions on the phone over multiple calls as I had to go back and forth with my realtor as I got new information. They were quick to schedule an appointment and very professional throughout. I had them bait for mice in the basement and garage. They also filled the cracks that the mice could use to get in or out with a metal mesh and found many cracks that I had overlooked. As you can imagine, calling Merida Pest control was not something that I had planned to do, yet here I was with a whole bunch of house guests that I did not want, (mice. ) I was upset, and the way Technician took care of me solved all my problems. Kamal is a man of his word, and he will ensure that you are satisfied, otherwise he will come back and make sure that everything is right.
