I was dreading the whole process of getting a mortgage and Pat made it far easier than i thought it would be. He give me advice before applying and then was able to get me approved without any hassle. Pat was always at the end of the phone getting me sorted after one sale fell through and the other was complicated. Nothing was ever a bother, he even kept me right while he was on holidays.
