MB Liverpool was formed by Scott Walsh and Shaun Murphy, both have extensive experience as trained technicians in Mercedes, BMW and Mini Dealerships.
They have a combined experience of over 30 years on Mercedes Benz, BMW and Mini. With dealership prices rising, they saw an opportunity to provide customers, with the same level of service and expertise and have recently opened a smart new workshop in the heart of Liverpool.

I've got a check brakes light coming on my dash in my Mercedes-Benz. Took it to this garage which I have previously used once.
I have asked for a diagnosis of my break system and was happy to pay the £84 fee for it. I've got a call back from them saying that the issue was diagnosed to be my brakes light switch. I've told them to go on and due the repairs. When I've gone to the reception to pick the car up I have asked the mechanic if the brake pads are thick enough so I can have peace of mind. He then responded by telling me that they have not actually looked that much in to my break pads they'v just concentrated on solving my brake light problem! 😮. And i was recommended to buy there car health check to find out if my brakes are actually safe and
thick enough after paying them to diagnose the brake system. So they just plugged in a scan tool and jumped on the first error code to pop up not bothering to actually check the car mechanically or there so greedy they will try and rip you of to pay twice for information you already paid for. Anyway I will certainly not go back to them because of this. Anyone reading this make sure you take you're car to be checked properly by a mechanic who will actually look at your car even if you had you're brake diagnosed by this garage and be safe.

Delighted with the service I received at MB. They obtained the battery for my car very quickly and fitted it whilst I waited. Also ensured it was correctly registered with the car computer. I have used MB Liverpool on more than one occasion, initially they did a great job replacing my brake discs and pads ( much cheaper than the main BMW dealer) and more recently, they helped diagnose and repair a clutch fault. In doing so, Darren was really helpful when it came to dealing with Warrantywise, providing pics etc. to aid the claim process. He even helped after the fact when I required further help with the admin of the claim. They have also previously helped my wife with a wing mirror fitting, she reported a friendly and efficient service. We will both definitely be going back to MB Liverpool! Highly recommend this Garage, I pick them over the main dealer in Liverpool mainly because of the service. The car is always ready when they say it will be, in and out, with no messing about. I took my Mercedes in after it developed a fault. MB were able to diagnose it and then give me a clear price for the work. They managed to fit me in much quicker than the main dealer and also completed the work quicker than originally said. In addition they were able to find a fix another minor fault on the car.
