We had a leak into our flat on the 25th JULY from the property above, managed by Mazecroft. Since the we have been back and forth. They don't answer the phone, don't have a voicemail system and do not return the call. There's always a delay in their responses and they are usually vague when they do respond. Multiple appointments booked with the tenant have been missed and excuses given 'sorry had a busy week last week' 'plumber was on holiday' and then being told the manager Sanjay is in South Africa for 2 weeks and no update can be provided until his return. I rent a flat on London Road. The boss of Mazecroft and the lord of flat are both very kind. Strongly recommed.
