Wall and floor tiling inside and out.

Building new flat roof with skylight window and conversion from hot laid felt to GRP roof.
Core drilling
Core drilling to provide vent channels for oven hoods.
Internal conversions
Removing everything to shell. New plumbing, heating, electricity, walls lined with plasterboard on dot-n dab or framing, new suspended ceiling, new flooring. Floor joists replaced if needed to.
I cooperate with team of electricians and decorator to fill areas i can't provide services.
Clearance and prep works
Removing tiles, wallpapers, flooring and fixtures from walls, floors and ceilings.
Structural repairs to prepare house for renovation. Filling skips.
