I would like to say a huge thank you to Marwood Surveyors. From the very beginning Gemma delivered seamless customer service, ensuring that everything was appropriately arranged and carried out within the required time frame. I feel they are very fairly and competitively priced without compensating on the best service. My husband had nothing but wonderful things to say about John and how professional he carried out his duties. Despite being provided with a working time of 5-7 days for the completion of the report, after only two days a very detailed and report was delivered. My son Paul, initially made the contact with Gemma and couldn't speak highly enough of her efficiency and pleasant manner. It was John who came to survey the property. This is company ( or should I say Gemma) has been excellent and I've not even had the work completed yet. From my first point of contact with Gemma she has been friendly, professional, patient and very accommodating. Gemma gave me valuable advice in terms of waiting for my valuation report to come though from the bank before I book the building survey. 7 weeks later (when I eventually recieved the bank valuation ) Gemma remembered our original conversation and agreed the same discounted price. She has then managed to arrange a building survey at short notice with John (thank you for agreeing to do this John) and nothing has been too much trouble. Gemma is very knowledgeable and experienced, which shines through when you talk to her. It's has been such a good experience to date. Thank you!!! Part 2 of my experience and review....... Due to the need for urgency Gemma and john coordinated completing my survey within a 3 working of my request!!!!! Standards were set high and I was expecting the best, which is what I had plus more. The work was completed on Monday 22.1.18 and I received the very detailed report and photos today 24.1.18 (3 days). It's clear both john and Gemma know what they are doing and are experts in their profession. This service has been excellent and well worth the money. I can't thank you guys enough. We recently needed a boundary survey done at our home and found Marwood Surveyors details on the RICS website. We initially spoke to Gemma who was very helpful, once a date for our survey had been arranged with Andrew all of the relevant paper work was dealt with promptly and hassle free. Andrew came to carry out our boundary survey and was very professional and knowledgeable with the information he provided us.
