The best bottomless brunch!Have been to Chez Mal Belfast 4 times now for bottomless brunch and each time it’s amazing. The manager is always there ensuring everyone is well looked after. Can’t wait to return.

Nice hotel in a really convenient location. My room was clean and spacious and all the staff were incredibly nice. I enjoyed the continental breakfast but would suggest trying to cut down on waste - why have individual cereal boxes when a serving bowl would do, or why have individual plastic Nutella servings when you could have a jar where people serve themselves?

This is a nice hotel and very central to Belfast - great location. Very nice cosy bar with friendly and helpful staff. Terrific range of spirits and cocktails on offer. Reception staff were efficient and friendly and helped us with local taxis. Rooms are finished to a high standard, and are warm and comfortable. ( A little too warm for me at night - maybe turn down the radiators when you check in ). Within an easy walk of several night spots and restaurants. Recommended. More...

Bij binnenkomst prettig geholpen, het ziet er mooi uit bij de receptie, geen standaard desk, maar een bureau met stoelen om te zitten, het interieur is echt sfeervol. ||De kamers zijn sfeervol en prettig, het bed is voor mij persoonlijk iets te hard.||De badkamer is prima,een klein minpuntje vind ik de plek van het toilet en de handdoek warmer, je kan niet recht op het toilet zitten, ook de douch fluctueert zo nu en dan qua temperatuur.||Het ontbijt is heerlijk en door steeds per persoon verse warme dingen aan te bieden, word ook verspilling tegen gegaan..||De meiden die er werken zijn professioneel en behulpzaam.||De hotelbar is 24 uur open voor gasten van het hotel.||De buitenkant ziet er ook sfeervol uit,||Parkeren is in de parkeergarage bij het winkelcentrum. Friendly staff who go above and beyond for guests nothing is too much to ask for, central location. We stayed for our anniversary and they had put little touches in the room and Well delicious breakfast!! Will definitely be back.

Stayed here for one night for a business trip. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar staff were lovely.||Cocktails are well worth the money. 2nd time in Malmaison room lovely staff good but a special shout out to Carlos in the restaurant, if I was to be picky wine measures seemed to vary throughout and as we were on the date night menu which had two mains not available we were not offered any other choices however the food we got was delicious and breakfast superb.

Me and my Wife got had our reception here on the 29/10/19. We can't say enough good things about this place. We organised everything mainly through email (Dealing with Rob & Emma) who were both great help. We hired the private room Mal 1 which was the perfect size (We had 24 people in total), the room was decorated exactly how we wanted, the setting was perfect for what we were after and the food was great. The staff on the build up and the day itself were quick to answer any queries and help out in any way they could. We got upgraded to the Samson Suite, which was a nice touch. All in all, we loved our big day and the Malmaison helped towards that, highly recommended! More...
