I can't rave enough how grateful I am to be able to have Mahsa coach me through my new mindset journey.
I've always struggled with low self esteem and have had bad habits with the way I treat my body and use my time. I've done various diets and have actually spent alot money on another nutrionist I found on line. All these methods led to initial weight loss but didn't help my biggest problem, my mindset. Which actually led to more body issues after. Feeling desperate l, I reached out to Mahsa. She helped me break down my bad habits, treat my self with kindness and compassion, so I don't have or bully or punish myself with food anymore this was an amazing turning point for me. I've been working with Mahsa now for many months, and she's delivered way more than I thought I'd get when signing on.
Yes I've learnt certain workouts and recipes, but mainly I've created a new balanced lifestyle.
I understand how to eat better and balanced, and most importantly realistic, I'm always on the go with work etc. cooking everyday is not a realistic situation, so she's taught me to balance it, as well as not feel horrible guilt after having a less healthy meal.
I've learned that this journey is not easy and/or a straight line, it's full of ups and downs and she's always there to pick me back up during those downs, I've cried and laughed with her, she hears me and whips me back into shape when necessary.

If someone had told me two years ago that I'd be signing up for online training, I'd have laughed and said they were dreaming. There I was, bouncing between diets, swanky London gyms, and various personal trainers, trying to shake off the weight I'd piled on since COVID hit. But nothing was working. I was spiralling, turning my frustration into more unhealthy eating, and honestly, I was on the verge of giving up. Then, as if by fate, I stumbled upon Mahsa's Instagram. I was sceptical, to say the least, another online programme. Really? But there was something different about Mahsa's approach that caught my eye. Mahsa has coached me into the best physical shape of my life - this did not surprise me as she is an experienced fitness professional with a wealth of knowledge. What did surprise me, however, was the way in which she transformed my mental health, my attitude towards everyday life and how I see the future.

Before I hired Mahsa I felt helpless - getting into shape was such a struggle and I never fully understood why. This is turn negatively affected my mood and my day-to-day life. When I met Mahsa, I had an instinct feeling that I could trust her. Her personality and warmth made me feel very comfortable. I’ve never really liked exercising for about 35 years, and when I did find the courage, I guess it’s safe to say I met trainers that didn’t know what I wanted. I was either given excessive cardio and no education about training or diet or was always told weights would make me look more “bulky.”
Mahsa changed all that, and I’ve been training consistently for three months and feel like a different person. I was never overweight, but I have noticed I am much leaner, stronger and happier. I also enjoy our sessions, and my technique has improved so much.
Mahsa doesn’t train you, so you become “reliant” on a PT, but she teaches you skills that will help you for the rest of your gym life. I am already confident going to an area of the gym where I never thought I would be comfortable using equipment.

Personal Trainers

From day 1, Mahsa has been a worthy investment. After many failed attempts over the years to lose weight and build a lean, healthy and strong body, including wasting months (and money) in group PT sessions where my personal requirements were not considered, she has shown me the way to sucess. I wish I'd found her sooner.

Having completed my first month with Mahsa, I so far lost 10lbs and 4.5inches all over. I have never had such results. Furthermore, it wasn't difficult or painful or a chore. She cut through all the hype and misinformation out there and showed me how to work smart, make simple but effective changes and kept me accountable. I was even able to incorporate it with my social life and the odd indulgence, proving to me that I am always in control. She really gives 110%. She is extremely motivating and understands when I have days when my motivation is low or my mind is preoccupied elsewhere. She works with it and encourages self-care. It's a uniquely personalised, holistic approach which really works for me.

For her commitment and dedication, I am forever grateful. I cannot wait to get to goal but I am so motivated by my results and energy levels this far that I am starting to be more outgoing. I'm confident like never before that I can achieve balance.

I had an exceptional situation, with injured knees that were relatively weak and inbalance in strength due to an old injury and under pressure for being morbidly obsessed. When I got rid of the extra pounds and became a regular chubby chap, I realized that I could not exercise or have a weekend stroll in the city centre, you name it, you have it.
Doctors told me that I should make my knee strong, but it's not easy being a busy corporate salaryman.

And there comes Mahsa, so well-organized, with a perfect plan and observance for my situation, the best PT/Coach you can find.
Not only did she gradually lift me to make my knees strong again and can have usual physical activities, but she also gave me tips on diets, recipes, lifestyle improvement tips.
Now, after close to a year, not only did I manage to make my knee strong again and have daily activities like a regular healthy fellow, but I also lost a few more kilos.
She is not just a trainer, and she will lift your mood and place, and even if you are a laid-back chap like me and do not like Gyms and work-outs, you will enjoy working out with her.
