The hotel is very nice and staff very friendly although me and my husband had to find out by ourselves where was our room when we arrived. We saw a couple having a tour around the place with a staff member so I guess this is random. It wasn't a major issue anyway. The location is good, very clean and tidy. The reason I decided to leave this review is to advise future guests to not drink the water they provide in the room. Me and my husband decided not to buy the water from the fridge due to the cost and also we thought there wouldn't be any problems drinking the water from the bottle that they leave on the bed side table, which is clearly tap water. Unfortunately I spent many hours on my 4 days on holiday in the toilet. I got ill first and I thought was something that I ate. My husband didn't drink that water on our first day here and he was okay. Next day he drunk the water and got ill as well. My mistake was I was still drinking the water during the night thinking that could be something else but I went to the toilet many times after drinking it. |It wasn't a pleasant experience and I think if they are to provide any water it should be drinkable or just don't do it as you still have the option to buy it from the fridge. It was more than 10 years that I last stayed here with my mum. I love the customer service, room amenities, spa & great food. We had an awesome party for my friend’s 50th and they took wonderful care of all the guests!!! And I had a great massage & facials with Mauricia (?) after a long flight from LAX. Please tell me again her name? I owe her a tip, she was gone for her break when I left. Thank you once again! Who knows I might be coming over after 10 years. But highly recommended most definitely! The indoor pool could only be açessed by a steep set òf stairs,the outdoor pool was small,not good access to main entrance very steep,friendly staff,no tourist information on display at reception such as maps or things to do

We travelled here as a family of 14 for a surprise birthday party in December and I can truly say that the staff did their utmost best to ensure that our time in Jersey was amazing. ||||I have to commend them especially on their patience with dealing with my rambunctious family and for ensuring the birthday party went off without a hitch. ||||The rooms were incredible and we really enjoyed being so close to the shopping and markets. ||||I would highly, HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip here. We stayed for 5 nights with advance purchase and received a very good rate for B&B. We parked in the hotel car park and received a very warm welcome on arrival at the hotel, a theme that was continued throughout our stay. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, rooms well appointed (Elemis), spotless and breakfasts offered everything you could possibly want (and served until 10.30). We booked direct with The Club around 3 months prior to our anniversary. I exchanged mails with them a couple times to book a table at their restaurant and to amend an error I made in the booking. Each time comms were super quick and very personalised - remembering that we were coming over for our anniversary. Upon check-in we were upgraded to a Deluxe Suite - a wonderful surprise that made our stay even more special. Everyone made us feel like they couldn't do enough to help us, no matter the request for help/recommendation. Breakfast was wonderful, and although we didn't manage to book a package at the spa - the pool and sauna were a welcome place to relax at the end of the day. ||I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend the Club Hotel & Spa. Great hotel to stay at, wonderful food and excellent and extensive beverages. The rooms are great, have everything you need, free wifi, lovely bathrooms, comfy beds, the studio room is excellent, the staff cannot do enough for you.

Long weekend stay at this hotel for special celebrations. It’s fairly central with friendly staff . We had a free upgrade to a suit which was a nice touch - breakfast was nice - we didn’t use the outdoor pool or spa facilities but enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend

We stayed for 3 nights at The Club. We booked in for bed and breakfast. Our room was lovely and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and nice choices on the menu, all cooked to order. We had drinks in the basement bar though didn't dine in the restaurant or bar. The hotel has a brilliant location and St Helier was a great base. The breakfast buffet is amazing and delicious ,the bed is comfortable, the service great ,and the place is almost spotless. |Staff makes sure the lights are on and the bes turner down, lovely fresh biscuits (can I have that receipe?), well stocked cupboard tea/coffee and fresh water supplied every day. Town center within walking distance. To improve: Sink in bathroom was too low and shower door did not work well so that water would be on the floor after a shower. While moppig the floor we came across lots of hairs!!|And the bonus is definitively the Bohemia restaurant !! More...

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the standard room at this smaller hotel. We initially chose it for its convenience to the ferry terminal but it was a great location in regards to the town centre. The staff were friendly and courteous and the ambiance modern but welcoming. Our only criticism was the rather odd location of the guest entry which is tucked away through a car and service entry arch with no signage, we initially entered through the restaurant and bar. Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast. Rooms also get redone in the evening, water and shortbread are left for the guests in the rooms, extra touches matters. Spa facilities are good, the swimming pool, sauna etc are all very good. After looking up several other hotels in Jersey we decided to spend a few days in the Club Hotel & Spa... and we're glad we did. From the point of arrival the staff were freindly and helpful and really gave 5 star service all the time. Our room on the 1st floor was really lovely and had everything we wanted... lovely (comfortable) bed, mini-bar, lovely tv and fantastic bathroom which was complemented by pricey elemis toiletries. With regard to the room, it had great air conditioning, good lighting and a fantastic double built-in wardrobe with umbrellas etc. and plenty of hangers for our clothes.. all in a lovely room. Here we should mention that our room was cleaned immaculately each day and the turndown service guaranteed we had a lovely bed to come back to at the end of the day. Classy service. |||| We had drinks in the bar on arrival and then were shown round the hotel... lovely lounges and an honesty bar, along with terraces. Shame the weather wasn't great or we'd have used them all. The Spa was fantastic with one of the best indoor pools we've been in - complete with jacuzzi bench. There were three steam rooms and and showers with different settings. The spa also offered treatments which we didn't have. We did lay on the comfortable beds in the relazation room and drifted off to birds chirping (althouth the later maori chat woke us up!). We didn't try the outside pool because of the weather but we had a look and it looked lovely as well. |||| Breakfast was really nice with a good choice of cereal and cooked food. We also ate one evening in the Bohemia Restaurant - where the vegetable Curry and Risotto were great...especally with a glass of lovely New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. The Club Hotel is a luxury getaway in a central location in St Helier. Our room was spacious with the most comfortable bed I had every slept on. Tim, the Manager, was utterly lovely - hospitable and caring and more often it is these details that matter.||The Bohemia restaurant, Michelin, 1 Star rated, served the most exquisite food of creative combinations and presented like pieces of art. We have recently returned from a weeks stay at this hotel. What an amazing hotel. The hotel and the rooms are spotless. The staff are all friendly and willing to help with any requests. They were happy to arrange a late checkout for us on our departure day. Plenty of parking in the hotel car park and close to the shops which meant we didn't need to look for parking whilst visiting the shops.||The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. The air-conditioning was broken for a few days while we were there but they supplied each room with a fan and the sliding window opened fully so we could get plenty of fresh air in to the room. The room was cleaned, towels changed and toiletries which are expensive twice a day. In the evening the bed sheets were turned down and we had a bottle of water and shortbread left on the bed side tables which was a lovely touch.||There was a lovely outdoor sunbathing area with comfy sun loungers and clean towels. The pool wasn't heated which was a shame as it was too cold for me but some people braved it and they said once they were in it wasn't too bad.||I would highly recommend this hotel and it's location.
