We have just had Alix do a maternity and baby shoot for us and we can't recommend her highly enough. Her photos speak for themselves; you will not be disappointed with them! I have been lucky enough to attend two weddings where Alix was the photographer. I warmed to her immediately, found her very easy to get on with and enjoyed her company. She was unobtrusive when working and has a wonderful quiet, calmness about her. I can just say that Alix is the best photographer anyone can wish for.
She's lovely, sweet, inspirational, funny ...and really professional at the same time.
She is able to capture emotions that you'll be able to relive every time you look at her pictures. Nothing conformist but UNIQUE.

Birth Photography: I wanted the Birth of my second child captured forever, in a moment frozen in time, that I can look back on time after time. Our baby was born in a pool at home. As visitors to the UK, we wanted to have family photographs taken as a souvenir of our time here. I called a number of different photographers and we chose Alix. She asked me questions about the children, what they liked to do and helped select a shoot location that worked with our family. She helped with many other decisions ahead of the shoot. On the day of the shoot, she was so happy, friendly, creative and competent. We all had a nice time romping around with her. On the way home, my 7 and 9-year old girls both said that they had a fun time. On a photo shoot! That's saying something. The photos were lovely and captured the energy and spirit of our children. We first met Alix when she photographed a family wedding and I was impressed by her friendly and caring approach as well as the stunning images she captured of a special day. When looking for someone to photograph our newborn she was the obvious choice, I knew we would have a special shoot and I wasn’t disappointed.
