How long have you been in business?
Love to care had been in business for 2 years Now. But collectively as a team we hace 10 years combined of experience.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We bring our own PPE at all times. You do not have to worry about any equipments.
What do you love most about your job?
The satisfaction we get when we finish helping a service user/
Client. Its the highlight of the day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The director used to work for an agency and have noticed that many people only do the job for the money and not for passion or compassion. So she saw a gap in the market for her to stranform the way service users are treated and help treat themore like family.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our clients should choose as be we only see them as family ans will always have their best interest at heart before anything. And they would always have the power to lead and live the life they have always wanted.

Unfortunatly our service is not is not provided remotly but is is provide face to face.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Have are curently makinh sure that all our caregivers take covid tests every 3 days to insure safety, we have masks added onto out equipments including clothes and sanitisers
Companionship

24 hour care
Our 24hrs package provides service users with a caregiver that can support then for 24hrs. The package is design to provide 10 hr night shift and 14 hr day Sits or they can have 14-hour day shift and 10hour sleep. where the caregiver the flexibility to wake up to support you if needed.
Nights
We have experience night carer to support our service user with personal care, assessments and admission avoidance needs. This will involve and night carer sitting up and being available at your disposal for the duration stipulated in the care plan.
Live in
Live-in care provides constant, round-the-clock care from a dedicated caregiver who lives with you in your home, offering a helping hand at a moment’s notice. We understand that being supported by or looking after a loved one with care needs can sometimes be overwhelming. That’s why our live-in care is centred around your individual needs, routines and preferences.
