My 2 year old boy accidentally locked me out the house this morning locking himself inside the house with the keys in the door, Noel came to me within 15 minutes of a phone call changing his personal plans ASAP for me and had me in my home to my little boy within 5 minutes of being here, I couldn’t recommend or thank him enough for this morning 🙌🏼 Brilliant Job, Thank you ⭐️

I'd been having issues with my door lock for a short while and I had contacted Anglian, the company who had fitted the door only 12 months ago. They were unable to help with this security and safety issue due to Covid - I was told all Scottish offices had been closed and engineers were unavailable. I was upset and concerned and had no choice but to leave the door unlocked on several occasions when I left the house. I called Ultion (who provided the locking mechanism) and they had recommended Bill from Lockforce and passed on my phone number. 10 minutes after putting the phone down to Ultion, Bill had called and a visit was arranged under no pressure. Bill arrived right on time, was professional and friendly throughout the visit and after some investigation and a few adjustments, I was able to lock my door once again. I cannot recommend Tyrone Smit in Hemel Hempstead highly enough. Saturday afternoon and a problem with faulty front door lock. I called him and he was there about an hour later to change the lock but not before he had the discussion with me about the options available.
