We had an incident with a leaking pipe that in a few minutes made water drip in many different spots and places around the house; on the ceiling downstairs and even some walls. We got really desperate because it was about 8pm and even after closing the water supply, the leakage didn't stop. We started to pray for help and Matthew was the answer; we couldn't thank him enough. We found Local Plumbers We Care on google and called.Matthew arrived within half an hour. He quickly drove in and rapidly started to work, always explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it, also asking for permission before doing anything. You could see that even though it wasn't his home, he cared so very much and rushed to get everything fixed to avoid any catastrophic damage, which it was very reassuring. In a moment where you need quick help because your house its at risk, to be able to find someone that care just as much as you do, its so important.I think because they are a family run business, it seems like each job its something that they really care about and give their best. We are not just another job, another house. But unlike us, he wasn't desperate because he knew what he was doing. He was calm and got to the problem quick. We had water and electric running back in the house in no time. Matthew its very polite, he knows what he's doing and also gave us some tips on running water and the pipes more efficiently. You could see he enjoys his job and spared no efforts to help us. We will and would recommend highly.Its so hard to find professionals that care and know what they are doing with such a good price. After a home diy fix-it disaster with a dripping tap we were in need of an emergency plumber at 7:30 on a Sunday evening. Gave Local plumbers we care a call and they were here within half an hour . Really friendly service, very knowledgeable and most importantly I didn't need to sell a kidney to pay for the repairs. Wife said he smells nice as well! I cannot rate We Care enough. We woke up a few days pre-Christmas to a kitchen with water pouring through the ceiling. What made it worse was the stop-tap had seized and I couldn't turn it off. I searched for an emergency plumber but having no plumbing contacts I was cautious of big-organisations that saw me as a blank-cheque. I called Matthew more on chance as he was local to me and I needed someone urgently. I explained the situation. He made it very clear that he was absolutely booked up however, given my desperation, he agreed to come round on the way to his first job. In the visit he turned the water off for me. I then spent the day removing the ceiling and exposing the problem and then at the end of his working day Matthew came back and fixed the leak. I had no right to expect him to do that, but he worked until 7pm to help me. He explained clearly what the issue was, showed me the failed parts, and told me some helpful things to look for in future. Matthew clearly takes pride in his work. The pipework he installed is so much better than what was there before, and I really cannot thank him enough. He went above and beyond for me, and for a price that was incredibly reasonable - he told me his prices clearly before he started. Mathew did a complete central heating system for me and took out my old back boiler. His attention to detail and level of professionalism was second to none. Despite a few obstacles, occurring during this installation with regards to the old boiler, Mathew was quick to identify the issue and rectified them swiftly .
