Describe your creative process.
I will carefully listen to your project requirements either over the phone/email or face to face (when possible).
Once I have all of the information needed, I will study any competitor branding, your company's/product positioning and any aspirations you have.
Then relevant creative ideas/designs/ or video will be developed and sent to you for comments/approvals.
Once I have your feedback, I will craft the final design for a last stage approval, then deliver the completed project.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Ideally a written brief/description of the project requirements followed up with a chat on the phone/email to ask any questions and confirm any details etc. To provide any relevant references or inspiration you may have seen.
Confirming the costings and payment details.
