Our experience with Calum and Tom was very positive from the start. We were about to move into a newly bought house which required some moderate-level plumbing work (fitting a new power shower, tiling part of the bathroom, repairing another shower, replacing shower tray, changing some pipes, radiators, etc). By that time, we had had a rather unfortunate experience with previous plumbers who never finished the job properly, and were quite pressed for time. Calum responded to our enquiry quickly, visited the site, explained what can be done and on what timescale, answered our questions and sent the quote promptly. The price was within the current industry standards, in our experience. Tom then did most of the work in the house. Calum and Tom have excellent communication skills and are very reliable. They always reply to messages quickly and make sure all questions are answered in full. They are proactive in suggesting options on how to achieve the desired result more economically without sacrificing quality. In the end, they did an excellent job, and did it quickly and thoroughly.
