along side of this you will be installing your first stages of plumbing and electrical points, once everything has a final coat of plaster then your sockets and lighting along with plumbing is completed by all our certified tradesmen.
All our work is carried out by full qualified tradesmen to a drawing provide to them by ourselves or the customer.

Most loft's are easily converted however in certain situations you may need to build a gable wall to create more roof space for example if you live on a end terrace house where the roof is hipped back giving very little loft space.

Stages.

2. Remove roof
3. Install steelwork if required as to structural calculations
4. install new floors and walls and roof ect
5. first fix electrics and plumbing
6. fit staircase
7. plasterboard and plaster finish
8. second fix electrics and plumbing
9. doors skirting and architrave, carpentry
10. decorate

We have build an admiral reputation in the building industry mainly focusing on house extensions, loft conversions and renovations in the South East London areas.
Over the years the company has expanded to allow us to offer a planning and design phase along with the actual build phase.
W can can develop a project for you from either the drawings that you provide or alternatively we can provide this service also

All works will be completed in compliance with current Building Regulations. LCD will liaise with Building Control, and we will ensure that inspections are undertaken at appropriate intervals.
LCD will maintain Contractors All-Risk cover of £250,000 and a public liability cover of £5,000,000 at all times and will provide the Client with a copy of the relevant insurance certificates upon request.

No we don't actually provide a remote service due to covid, all our house visits and surveys prior to work commencing are all done at a safe distance and we always wear masks and sanitise
