We have used Landscapia twice in the last twelve months to transform completely our back garden, and we are delighted with the results. We had a traditional patio and grass garden, which required a huge amount of effort to maintain and looked, frankly, unloved, despite all our work. Right from the outset, Marc was able to offer a range of excellent ideas and options for a modern, low maintenance solution, which was agreed and then delivered by Leigh and his team with dedication, hard work and great attention to detail. We have millboard decking, riven paving, with a matching retaining wall, effective lighting and luxurious looking artificial grass, which looks like Villa Park at its best (sorry Marc and Leigh, as I know you are Baggies fans!). The team were courteous, diligent and polite at all times and keen to please with any minor changes as the work progressed. Marc was always available to discuss any issues, and Mel in the office was very responsive and extremely helpful throughout. The professionalism shown throughout was matched by Marc's clear commitment to continue developing the range of services offered by Landscapia and the obvious commitment to developing the team members in their roles. We chose Landscapia based on positive Google reviews and their familiarity with Millboard decking. Our old softwood deck was in poor condition and we wanted it replaced with a no-fuss low maintenance solution. Marc came to visit and talked us though the Millboard range and suggested some balustrade options to go with it.In 'I am man' style I decided to rebuild the subframe myself and Marc guided me through the measurements he needed me to make it - he even made a couple of visits to check how I was getting on!!Once ready for decking, Marc and his team visited and spent 2 days making a superb job of it - they are polite, timely and neat with a strong work ethic and an eye for detail. We wanted to replace the old traditional decking with a composite deck and frame so carried out a great deal of research both on Millboard approved installers and general contractors. Of these we chose Landscapia as they appeared to be the most responsive to customer needs even though they were not the cheapest. Now that the work is complete we’re glad we did! They carried out the work with precision making sure that the frame was solid before laying the deck even though conditions were wet to say the least. The crew were courteous at all times letting us know exactly what was going on with regular visits from the MD Marc and Leigh the Project Director. The site was kept tidy, the area cleaned and the work quality checked before they left. Overall, we are delighted with our new decking and the attention to detail. Just had artificial grass installed by Greg and Aston and couldn't be more pleased , a smooth professional process from Melissa and all the guys . Firstly they stepped in because our original installer let us down and Marc managed to correct the mistakes our original guy had made (thank goodness) the young lads were very polite ,worked really hard ,everything was covered up to minimize mess from mud etc and they cleared up after the job .They were very thorough and respectful of surrounding planted areas and more importantly they have made an excellent job .We would not hesitate to recommend these guys and wish them every success - they deserve it - our next job - decking and patio so we know who we are going call, many thanks More...

Our garden project journey started 2.5yrs ago when we were let down by other landscapers/builders. Fortunately for us, we came across Landscapia by chance. We knew our project was large and difficult made worse by the fact we had poor rear garden access so everything had to come through the house (utility) & garage making it very labour intensive. On top of that, the garden was on a slope. We liked Marc (the owner of Landscapia) from day one - he was professional, knowledgeable, honest & a really friendly guy. He worked with us for nearly a year firming up plans and deciding on materials. The project started last May for approx 6weeks, headed up by Leigh (excellent Project Manager) and a great bunch of lads who were polite, hard-working and lovely to have around. They worked very hard, come rain or shine for 8hr days (sometimes 11hrs if they wanted to get something finished) and were always punctual. What makes a great company is how they react to any issues that may arise (in our case mainly due to weather!). Marc and Leigh were faultless - they came back recently to put the finishing touches to our garden and it now looks amazing; a space we are proud of and can enjoy. In our opinion Landscapia are a reputable company, offering quality products and workmanship, with excellent attention to detail. Great job on our garden, the guys worked so hard on what was the hottest day of the year. We sold our house last year and gutted to leave our garden, but convinced this is why we got so many offers on our house because the garden was the icing on the cake for people!

Thank you very much for an excellent job at our home in Stourbridge. Prior to deciding on Landscapia we had several quotes to replace our two rear lawns as they were both ridden with various weeds and moss. We chose Landscapia as I was particularly impressed with Marc's professionalism and also the favourable recommendations from previous customers I had read on the local 'Streetlife' website. It took Lindon and his team two day's to remove the old lawns and lay the new artificial ones and we are extremely pleased with the result, our garden has been transformed! Thank you team for a fantastic job! I moved into my new home in November and had a longed-for conservatory but it opened out onto grass (well. ...mud!) - I needed a patio! The Landscapia team created a beautiful patio area for me and levelled out the bottom corner of the garden to make a gravel area for my daughter's longed-for trampoline! We are looking forward to getting out there and enjoying the garden now Spring has arrived. The job was organised meticulously, from the initial plans with Marc to the lads arriving along with a skip and digger, paving and gravel deliveries - all happening like magic as the garden transformed.
