We are so pleased we chose Laburnum Construction to carry out our garden project. This included constructing a new patio to replace a rotten deck, building retaining walls, relaying the front blockwork path plus other changes to improve layout and provide increased functionality around the exterior of the property. Russell and his team had their work cut out for them on a project that had a very loose brief, no proper plans and went evolving as work was completed. They were friendly, personable, trustworthy, and hardworking. Russell is a problem solver and made good suggestions both before and during the works and always asked how we’d like things to look, giving us options, rather than ploughing ahead. He made us feel nothing was too much trouble despite us changing our minds. He always advised when they would and, importantly, would not be coming and their prompt timekeeping was appreciated. Above all the quality of workmanship and standard of finish really is excellent, never did we feel corners were cut. We would highly recommend Laburnum Construction and will most definitely contact Russell again for any building work we may need in the future. More...
