Seeing those suffering from addiction (and those affected by someone suffering from addiction) coming to terms with their situation and starting on the journey of recovery.

The wide variety of requests for help that I receive, regardless of age, background, race or religion.

During a period of I'll health in 2001/2 I received a lot of individual and group counselling, together with some complementary therapy support. I found that not only did it help me with my personal recovery, but it exposed an undiscovered and genuine interest in the subjects.

As I moved forward with my recovery, the desire to give something back grew stronger, and this developed into training and offering a range of therapies and services which I believe complement each other well.

I have over time decided to mainly focus on 'Energy Healing', becoming a Reiki Master and adding Pranic Healing to my portfolio.

Kuzala was established in 2010, however it was formally known as Ananda Wellbeing which was started back in 2004.

I offer a complementary range of therapies and services to meet a wide variety of client situations.

Services

Mindful therapies combine the relaxing and stress-releasing treatments of Reiki and Indian Head Massage with Mindfulness techniques that enhance and deepen your experience.

By adding Mindfulness Guidance I am able to help you focus on the valuable sensory feedback you receive during treatment, so that you gain the maximum benefit from these healing, calming and holistic therapies.

Sessions start by talking through your current situation, set of circumstances, or what's causing your stress, anxiety or other difficulty. I then introduce some calming Mindfulness techniques to aid in developing your awareness and acceptance of your current situation. This self-inquiry process gets you in touch with your body, helps establish the holistic link between your mind and body, and identify areas of energy in-balance or blockage.

I then move on to offer either Reiki Healing, which channels positive healing energies to wherever it's required, and releases negative harmful energies, re-establishing your natural energy flow and balance.

Or Indian Head Massage to your upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face, designed to release built up tensions and symptoms of anxiety.

Holistic means to look at the whole person and accepting the interdependence of its individual parts.

With this in mind I offer a range of therapies designed not only to mainatin your body's natural energy levels, but where required, re-establish and balance those levels and energy flow.

Many clients have regular sessions to maintain a positive and healthy state of mind, body & spirit. However these treatments can also be used to target specific needs, situations or circumstances, often as a result of a blockage to or distortion in this natural energy flow.

This 3-hour workshop is designed for those who have little or no knowledge of Mindfulness and want to have a 'taster' before deciding if it's right for them and want to take it further.

It's a practical and simple introduction to mindfulness. No previous experience is required, and during the session we'll cover the following areas on the subject:
