Had wonderful afternoon tea with my daughter yesterday, a treat for my birthday. Staff were friendly and attentive. Wow! From arrival to checking out the level of professionalism was second to none. We picked the Ramside as our wedding venue and we have to say this was the best choice we could have made. The staff were so accommodating and couldn’t do more to make sure the day was perfect. The events team are amazing, thank you to Claire and the girls. We have to give a mention to Patrick who looked after us on our special day, he is amazing and really knows his stuff. For anyone thinking of using the Ramside for their special day, please do! Just got back from Ramside Hall yesterday after staying with a friend for a spa break. Absolutely fabulous time. Beautiful room, with a view out of the balcony window of the fountain and golf course. Huge bathroom! The spa was superb! Came away from my treatment so relaxed ready to enjoy the full spa facilities. Dinner in Fusion was amazing! Staff so attentive and helpful, especially Tom who we chatted to. He’s an absolute star and a real asset! A thoroughly enjoyable break! Can’t wait to go back! More...

I came here for a relaxing spa night away . The spa was apparently very busy,so we had to wait for wristbands but when we had eventually got in , it was completely empty. On the night , at 3:30am the fire alarm went off which woke me and my partner up and then it had went off ,so we tried to go to sleep and instantly after it went off again ,so we got up and got ready, but then by the time we had got everything sorted it had went off again !!!and that was it. We didn’t get anyone telling us it was a false alarm or we should leave or anything there was no explanation. In the end a very sleepless night !!! More...

Omg where do I start! Our room was beautiful with double doors opening up onto the golf course with direct view of the lovely water fountain. The bathroom had a large walk in shower, which was nice and powerful and a free standing large bath and a heated towel rail which dried off the swimming trunks etc quickly. Tea, green tea and coffee were provided but I suggest taking a small bottle of milk as they only had 2 of those little milk pots each which don't go very far. (p.s there is no fridge in the room). There was a decent hairdryer, an iron and ironing board provided. And also dressing gowns and slippers. We used the indoor pool and steam room which were both really lovely and relaxed at the poolside where various seating was provided (loungers, sofa's and 2 big pod's full of cushions) Towels and flip flops were available on the way into the pool to use and plenty lockers in the changing rooms. My absolute favourite part though was the INFINITY POOL!! Just wow! It was a large hot bath on the roof...... that turned into a hot tub when pressing the button to set the jets off! You have a phone to order drinks which are brought upto you. You pay extra for this pool and have it to yourselves for an hour. Booking in advance is recommended. We ate Lobster (£30) and steak in the restaurant which were both amazing and staff were very polite and efficient. A bottle of Red wine was £21.99 but it was a really nice one. We booked a deal including room (upgraded), £50 restaurant vouchers and use of pool, jacuzzi and steam room for £149. Check in 3pm, check out 11am. Late checkout available for £30 extra. We got married here on Saturday and it was the best day! All of the staff were 1st class. A big shout out to Claire our wedding coordinator, thank you for everything and our toast master Patrick you are the nicest man! Nothing was too much trouble and it all went perfect. We stayed in the celebration suite for 3 nights and it is out of this world! We enjoyed a 2 hour massage and had food in fusion and the rib room. I am so happy we chose this as our venue. Three of us called in to the Ramside for a late lunch. We had to wait ages for the chef to appear to serve us, then only when I asked someone if anyone was serving hot food. We wanted sandwiches, you need to get some signs to say where to order sandwiches from. We waited ages for the chef to appear only to be told we had to go to the dessert/drinks counter. I had checked to see if we needed to order from there and there wasn't any indication that was where we needed to be. Signage said desserts and drinks. The sandwiches arrived and they were very full. Cheese and onion crisps, yuk! Served with them, not my taste. You usually get plain crisps served with food never mind, it was a nice place to eat and chat in a genteel place. More...

We had our wedding day here on Sunday and what a fantastic day and experience we had.. Leanne on reception went above and beyond to assist us in every way possible, a lovely girl and credit to the company. Patrick our toast master was excellent ensuring everything went to plan and so helpful and professional. The food was beautiful and staff very quick and prompt seeing to our needs.
