The highlight for me, being a 50 yr old woman starting out, is that ANYONE can do it! It's no nonsense "finish it now" approach brings results straight away, and for someone like myself that has limited energy levels and needs to get a bit fitter, this is of the greatest value.

Krav Maga is the most realistic fighting style on the planet. It has taught me lots of relevant techniques should I ever need to defend myself. Matt is a fantastic instructor. He explains everything so you fully understand the risks to yourself or others. His classes are of mixed abilities which I found helped my confidence. My fitness level has improved dramatically over the last year. My young children also enjoy the Saturday class. More...
