We had a zoom appointment which was great.any questions we had were answered clearly and never having done a will before we had a few to ask. we also sorted out our power of attorney and this too was done professionally and Daniel was very helpful and knowledgeable. The person who dealt with us was not able to draft our wills according to our instructions. He was going to set us up with a discretionary trust without telling us and without mentioning the tax implications. He also made numerous mistakes in emails and in drafting. Kingswood seem to offer a single type of proforma will. They do not seem able to draft bespoke wills. Ours should have been simple mirror wills.
