Kickboxfit

My 6 year old daughter loves this class she asks me daily “is it kick boxing today mum” I was a bit apprehensive at joining her to a martial arts but feel this one is different from others Iv seen & heard of they don’t push the children but let them go at there own pace. My daughter can be very shy around new adults but the instructors are very patient, rewarding & don’t push her so she doesn’t feel uncomfortable. The instructors Pete in particular explains what is expected really well so the children understand what to do he is authoritative when needed but also friendly & passionate about what he is teaching. There are more then enough adults helping out with some young teen instructors which is such a great opportunity for them & role models for the children. She is learning so much from self defence, respect, working as a team, fitness & making new friends. The classes are always routine in some ways but different in what they are learning so it doesn’t get boring. I would 100% recommend kick fox fit. More...

Both the adult and children’s classes are brilliant. It’s making a real difference to my daughter’s concentration and agility. All the instructors have a great rapport with the children. Totally recommend. More...
