Kettell Windows

I have nothing but positive words to write about Kettell; they are a cut above the rest. Having dealt with corporate, large-scale companies for window purchases previously, I have learnt they typically provide an impersonal, cold, and shoddy service. Kettell, being a family run busy, is the exact opposite. From start to finish, their customer service, their advice, their products, the quality of their craftsmanship and their after-service has been second to none. I have to give a particular ‘shout out’ to my installers (Andy, Shane and Riley) who were nothing but professional, friendly, empathetic, courteous, meticulous and incredibly tidy; they care about you as a customer and they want you to have a good experience. I am absolutely bowled over with my new windows; they have changed the appearance of the front of my house beyond what I could have imagined and give my property real curb appeal. I love them! I had windows installed by Kettell nearly 3 years ago. The quality is excellent. The workmen keep the area clean and take the old windows and frames away. Excellent service from the Salesperson Steve who talked my wife and I through our door options and costings to the ordering and moreover the fitting of our two Solidors. I have recently had patio doors and windows fitted by Kettell Windows and I have been very pleased with their service and the quality of the windows and doors. When I contacted them for a quote they gave me an honest time scale for the fitting of the windows and their quote was very reasonable. The fitters were very professional and pleasant and the work was done without any fuss or mess. A small item was missing on one of the doors and another fitter came out to fit it on the following day. I never had to chase them up. We decided to change the doors and windows in our house while we were carrying out substantial modernisation. Kettell windows were one of the companies we contacted and after meeting with them to discuss our requirements we booked them to carry out the work. They listened to what we wanted and made helpful suggestions as well as showing us sample windows to help us find the right style. The fitting service they supplied was as very good, there staff turned up on time and carried out the work quickly. Following the completion of the job they went around and tidied up after themselves and left the site as it was when they arrived. We were so impressed with there all round service that when we came to replace all the windows in a rented house we own we once again used Kettell Windows. Once contacted, Kettell Windows came out and provided a quote very quickly for the replacement of all the windows at my grandparent's house. There was NO hard sell, they were so friendly and my elderly grandparents felt very comfortable. They had received a quote from another company and had felt VERY pressured to commit immediately to a far more expensive price.The work was carried out very quickly and to a great standard. Kettell Windows were highly recommended to us by my in-laws and I was not disappointed.We only needed one window replacing as we wanted to change our lounge window from a very large flat window to a bow window. We wanted our original 1940s front door and stained glass replacing due to the draft it allowed into the house. Kettell windows did a fantastic job of recreating it, to the extent the neighbours couldn't tell the difference until they knocked on the door.
