Grace was fantastic. He contacted me swiftly and managed to get round to us within 2 hours.
He's replaced some pipework and even switched the isolation valve as it wasn't the best.

Pls never use this company - its really awful i feel very unhappy using this company after my hot water stopped working due to leak but after he changed it he made it worse and looks like doesn't have experience to fix these issue - even the controls are set to wrong i feel like made a big mistake and paid lot of money and got lots of issue. when i call again he is not taking any responsibility for the work he did and caused the problem. He knows that i am not happy but all he needs is money not customer satisfaction. he is recommending to contact the supplier which i would have done in first place to avoid all these troubles. PLS IF YOU GOT ANY ISSUES DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY BETTER CONTACT SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY DOING. More...

We appreciate all our customer reviews and take them very seriously. We are sorry to read your review of our service, but must highlight that our records do show we did solve the initial emergency in a timely, safe and satisfactory manner. We also have pictures to evidence this. As we informed you prior to beginning the work, your neglect of servicing your hot water cylinder for so many years, to the point of your heating system becoming corroded, and split, resulted in a leak, into your property and posing a danger of explosion to your family; we can not take responsibility for this neglect on your part. It is no different with your unserviced boiler. Although not obliged, but due to the desperate need of a system service, we took our time, free of charge to contact the manufacturer about the noise coming from your cylinder. We implemented what I was advised as a short-term solution. In response to your subsequent request to spend further time to diagnose the system issue, we highlighted that 1) we were happy to further diagnose/service the system and it’s safety controls for our hourly rate, and advised you were free, 2) to consult a different engineer, or 3) have the manufacturer engineer investigate, as according to them it was an uncommon issue. Your response was to post this very misleading review. As per the above, we’ve gone over and above to leave you and your family in a safe environment, and provide you with the next best steps for a long-term solution, which you did not want to take. We have many very satisfied customer as can be seen on this page; but as you may appreciate, as fully qualified and experienced tradesmen we cannot carry out any diagnostic free of charge. We hope you can find another tradesman that meets this free requirement. All the best.
