Kieran was very responsive via text message from the outset, providing quotes, timings and appointment details promptly. He was a little delayed for our appointment but texted me straight away to check that this was ok with me. He was friendly and efficient and completed replacing our kitchen tap within the expected time. We booked Kieran to do another job of replacing an old toilet. He arrived on time as arranged, even offered to pick up the new toilet from Screwfix on the way. Did a perfect job. Very happy with everything and would definitely recommend Kieran. More...

What do you love most about your job?
I love being a plumbing business owner because it allows me to help people in a very practical way. There's nothing quite like the satisfaction of fixing a plumbing problem and seeing the relief on a customer's face. Plus, every day is different as we cover such a wide range of different types of jobs!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start K London Plumbing because I’ve always wanted to start up my own company and become a reliable, high-quality plumbing services in the London area. I wanted to provide a service that was not only effective but also affordable and friendly. It's been a lot of hard work, but it's also been incredibly rewarding to see the business starting to grow and to know that we're making a positive impact on people's lives.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
At K London Plumbing, we take the safety of our customers very seriously. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we've implemented a number of safety measures, including wearing masks and gloves (Not always anymore but don’t hesitate to ask!), practicing social distancing, and sanitizing our tools and equipment after every job. We also offer contactless payment options to minimize physical contact.
