Excellent workers. I had a full refurb of upstairs, turning my 2 bed house into a 3 bed. Everything done to a high standard and discussed with me in full.
I had a chimney and wall removed, stud wall erected, plastered, electrics, decorated, doors, skirting etc. All so neat and tidy.
Had my loft hatch moved to a better location and new loft hatch installed with pull down ladder. A bespoke cupboard/laundry unit made for my landing. Oak handrail and balustrade fitted too. No request was too much for Jon and his team and they go out of their way to assist you. Very professional and highly recommended!

How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
The main things to look for are ceiling heights, insulation, ventilation, damp proofing and energy efficiency
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Firstly, an inspection of the walls would be needed to see if they have a damp course and insulation . If these are not in place then you have introduce them to make the room habitable. Once this is achieved then you would remove the garage door if one and block up whilst more than likely installing a window for natural light. Once this is done then you can move on to insulating, rasing floor level to suit existing house. Moving any services that maybe in the way and 1st fix electrics, plumbing and carpentry if required followed by plasterboarding and plastering. Then 2nd fix electrics, plumbing and carpentry followed by painting and decorating
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Most lofts are suitable or can be made suitable depending on the pitch of the roof if the rafter peak is below 2.2m then you would not achieve the suiable head height.
