My experience of Jolliffes is that that are utterly hopeless. Jolliffes failed to respond to emails and to multiple telephone messages left both with the firm and direct to an individual solicitor. The lack of response caused a delay of weeks in my being able to take my case forward and wasted huge amounts of my time trying to contact them to get a response. I have left a 1 star rating only because there is no provision to leave a minus rating. This law firm should be ashamed of its customer service or in reality the total lack of any customer service. Jolliffes has been in Chester for over 150 years. Our invaluable experience across personal and business sectors spanning two centuries helps us pass on this know-how with confidence to our new recruits who ensure we remain young at heart and up for the next challenge.

We are able to offer services both in person and remotely using email, telephone and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Many documents can be signed electronically through DocuSign.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During Covid-19, when our offices were able to be open, we kept attendance at our office to a minimum, kept rooms well-ventilated, ensured staff and clients kept at least 2 metres apart at all times, required face coverings to be worn (unless exempt) and asked all visitors and staff to take their temperature on arrival. We also have screens installed in reception.
