121 Executive coaching
Working with individual leaders and aspiring leaders to help them acheive their goals, improve their performance and be their version of successful.
An intensive program consisting of between 6 and 12 hours of coaching to work through three clear phases of development
1. Self Discovery - strengths and limiting beliefs
2. Goals and outcomes - definition / exploration, what does good look like
3. Strategies - exploring ways to acheive desired outcome
Team Coaching
Working with teams to establish or re-establish purpose and direction, strong and effective working relationships and skills to be a truly high performing team. this is acheived through exploring self- knowledge, embracing diversity and co creating goals and outcomes.
The approach is a series of 1/2 day or 1 day workshops either in person or virtually over a 3 - 6 month period.
Supporting Leaders to Step up or step in through coaching
Helping Executive Leaders arrive in the business and integrate rapidly as part of On Boarding.
Supporting people new to Executive
/Leadership roles transition successfully following promotion.
121 coaching program 12 hours of coaching during the first 100 days
Coaching clinics
Short (45 / 50 mins) 121 individual coaching sessions on specific topic/challenge facing the leader. Provide 6 x appointments in a day .
This is utilised either to support a Leadership programme or to provide 'in residence' coaching for a business as a cost effective approach to multiple people having access to coaching.
