About

It's great that you have an interest in Reiki. You've taken the first step to taking your wellbeing into your own hands.

How can I help? I practice and teach Reiki in Woking Surrey and Central London.

Working with over 20 years experience, I only practice and teach traditional authentic Reiki as it was taught in Japan, without influence from the west.

Reiki Healing

I had such a great experience felt so relaxed I feel asleep! Highly recommended and I have also booked another session

24 March 2019

Jonathan was very understanding of my particular problem with my awful headaches following extensive dental surgery. He provided specific treatment for this area. The environment was calm and relaxing which immediately put me at ease and created a positive atmosphere. I was made comfortable and Jonathan informed me about what he was doing and how Reiki works. He was very gentle and understanding of my problems and feeling as though someone was truly listening immediately made me start to feel better and more positive.

The whole experience was very beneficial. I left feeling less pain and more energised. I can thoroughly recommend Jikiden Reiki Way.

Q&As

Having felt the benefit of Reiki, I can pass on this practical way to take your health and wellbeing into your own hands.

If anyone can learn Reiki and I am in a position to pass that on then it fulfils a wish to spread Reiki so everyone who wants to can benefit from this simple, practical healing art.

There are many Reiki practitioners available to choose from and it is best to get a recommendation or to go with who feels right for you.

Yes, there is a method to connect and give a treatment when you are not together. I have been practicing this during the current covid situation.

I adhere to CNHC and the Jikiden Reiki UK Association code of practice and national occupational standards. Also complying with the COVID-19: infection prevention and control (IPC) guidelines from the government.

Services

Reiki can work on physical or mental/emotional problems.

Come and receive a treatment to help your body get back to balance.

You will remain clothed and lie on a treatment couch and relax. The practitioner gently places their hands where they need to go, starting with the head and the the affected area, or to the side of it. Sessions are an hour long including an introduction an fact finding friendly chat.

They cost £35 in Woking or £55 in London.

If there is time, you will receive a special envigerating treatment only available from Jikiden Reiki practitioners.

Reiki practitioners are not trained in diagnosis and will not predict any specific outcome from treatment. If people are concerned about their symptoms they should see a doctor.

Everyone can learn Reiki to help themselves and others.

You will be taught...

1) The history and meaning behind the Reiki system, characters, and symbols
2) How it works in conjunction with the body’s natural healing systems
3)How to heal yourself and others
4) Where to treat, by feeling blockages/toxins (byosen)
5) First aid techniques for cuts, bruises and burns
6) A revitalising massage technique (Ketsueki Kokan Ho)
7) How to develop your sensitivity (Hatsurei Ho)
8) Practical hands on treatments

You will also receive attunements to reconnect you to the energy around us and receive original Japanese Reiki certificates, only given to Jikiden Reiki students.

There is a UK association to join and support you after your course, and Jonathan holds Reiki shares to give you the benefit of extra practice and the opportunity to receive treatments.

Did you know there is a way to receive healing even when you are not in the same place.

One thing the latest lockdown has shown us is the benefit of Enkaku (Distant) Reiki treatments. Jonathan has worked with many people remotely especially doctors working on the front line and their family and friends in this country and abroad.

The practitioner takes time out to connect with you directly and do a specially devised treatment which is the same process as in person, so it is advised to be able to relax and feel what is going on at the same time, driving or drinking, or socialising are not the times to be receiving a treatment.

Find out more and try it, see what you feel.
